A Its very important to password protect you wireless network for many reason 1 being anyone who lives’ near you can use your internet connection to surf the web for free and you pay for it and also hackers can login into your router and see what websites you are visiting and steal information

Q My Hard Drive has stopped working and I never backed up some files I need can you recover them?
A This depends on how damaged the hard drive is we will try our best to recover any data loss but we cannot guarantee this please do note we will try and recover data loss Unfortunatly we cannot offer the no fix no fee rate too as this can often be a time consuming process and if we are unable to recover any data

A We do this because its easier for our customers and ourselves we will not carry out any work on your computer before we have had your consent, and as it’s a no fix no fee basis it will not cost you a penny as we collect and deliver your pc for free in a 10 miles radius so what have you got to lose but if its a small upgrade or repair we can normally do this is your home

Q You say no fix no fee! Where’s the catch?
A There no catch if we can’t fix it we don’t charge you, however we will charge you if we find the problem and you choose not for the work to go ahead the no fix no fee does not apply to virus/spyware problems and data recovery and Xbox 360 repairs
